根據當前疫情形勢，為保障廣大考生和工作人員生命安全和身體健康，建議考生不要跨省報考。在溫州商學院考點報名參加雅思的考生需了解并遵守以下規定：

考生須在考前7天申領“溫州防疫碼”（可通過微信或支付寶辦理），在考前7天起自行每日體溫測量?？荚嚾照埧忌M早到達考點以配合各項防疫檢查工作。

一、進場要求（須同時滿足下列條件，不滿足下列條件之一的考生將作拒考處理）：

1.“溫州防疫碼”為綠色，且沒有被賦“限制聚集”的要求；

2. 考前7天內無高風險區旅居史（實時關注旅居地風險等級變化）；

3. 在每個考試日提供考前48小時內的核酸檢測陰性報告（省內外有資質的醫療檢測機構出具，以出報告時間為準）；

4. 考試前7天內及考試當日，無發熱（≥37.3℃）/咳嗽 /嗓子痛 /肌肉或關節痛/鼻塞 /頭痛 /流鼻涕 / 腹瀉/ 呼吸困難 /乏力 /嗅覺味覺減退或喪失等新冠病情相關癥狀；   

5.請考生下載《考生健康承諾書（中文版）》（附件1）或《考生健康承諾書（英文版）》（附件2），打印后在空白處完整粘貼核酸陰性報告和健康碼，考試當天交至考點。18周歲以下考生還需家長簽字；

6. 不處于政府要求的集中隔離醫學觀察期、居家隔離醫學觀察期、居家健康監測期、日常健康監測期； 

二、請考生攜帶與報名一致且有效的身份證件原件、紙質版考試準考證（或確認信）以及《考生健康承諾書》。

三、考前仔細閱讀準考證（或確認信）的考點地址和進場截止時間，以免耽誤考試。

四、考生應高度重視交通、食宿安全和自我防疫保護，參加考試前，應避免有違健康及防疫要求的一切活動，除考生外的陪同人員一律不得進入考試管控區域。 

五、所有考生均須自備一次性醫用外科口罩，并全程規范佩戴（僅允許在進場核驗時摘下口罩驗證）、有序排隊，相互保持1米以上間距，不扎堆聚集。

According to the current situation of the epidemic, to ensure the health of candidates and staff, candidates are advised not to apply across provinces. Candidates should understand and abide by the following rules:

Candidates are required to apply for Wenzhou Epidemic Prevention Code 7 days before the test (available via Wechat or Alipay), and take body temperature daily 7 days before the test. Candidates are requested to arrive at the test centre as early as possible on the day of the test to facilitate the prevention and control work.

Entry Requirements:

1. The "Health code" is green. The health code does not show that you are not allowed to public gatherings.

2. Not traveled to or lived in a COVID-19 risk area in the past 7 days;（Please stay up-to-date with the latest risk level area circle）

3.  All candidates are required to provide a negative NAT report tested within 48 hours. (Issued by a qualified medical testing institution, and subject to the report issuing time)

4.  No fever (≥37.3℃)/cough/sore throat/muscle or joint pain/nasal congestion/headache/runny nose/diarrhea/dyspnea/fatigue/loss of smell or taste within 7 days before and on the day of the test.

5. Please download Health Declaration of Test Takers (attachment 2 for international candidates). Candidates under the age of 18 need their Guardian's signature on the health declaration.

6. Not in the centralized isolation medical observation period, home isolation medical observation period, home health monitoring period, daily health monitoring period, or restricted aggregation period required by the government. 

Attention

1. When entering Test Center, you should present the original valid ID card, Admission ticket and the health declaration (with "Health code" and NAT report) to the staff. ）

2. Before the test, please carefully read the address of the test venue and the entry deadline of the admission ticket (or confirmation letter).

2. Candidates should attach great importance to transportation, accommodation safety and self-protection against epidemics, and should avoid all activities that are against health and epidemic prevention requirements before taking the test. Parents/escorts and private cars are not allowed to enter the test centre.

4. All candidates are required to bring disposable medical masks or surgical masks and wear them all the time (only remove the masks for verification when entering the field). Queue in an orderly manner and keep more than 1 meter between each other
